World’s largest one-day outdoor fish fry set for July 16
Hey everyone, Port Washington’s annual Fish Day has been set for July 16 and boy am I excited.
Aside from the normal summertime festival events such as a parade, fireworks, and music stages, they’ve got a cool new theme: Rock ‘n Row.
And a smoked fish eating contest.

Calling all Northern Cali Wisconsinites!

In case you can’t read that, it says:

Milwaukee-style Fish Fry, featuring beer-battered fish with potato pancakes, spicy coleslaw, and focaccia bread.

Milwaukee beverage included. $10/person.

Carrot cake $3/slice.

I can vouch for this fish fry. While the fish is tilapia and not walleye or lake perch, it’s still super delicious and cooked beautifully.

And the potato pancakes taste just like home.
